What is the CRE Listing Hub?
The Listing Hub is an online property listing feature that creates individual property pages for each of your marketing documents. Each page is built from the document you already made.
Is this a commercial real estate website builder?

If you want a fully custom brokerage website — with gated OM delivery, NDA flows, and deal rooms — our team also designs and builds those through the Custom Website Studio.
How is this different from hiring a CRE web design agency?
The Listing Hub gives you commercial property listing pages built from your OMs, flyers, and leasing packages, with photos, maps, files, inquiries, and analytics — included with your subscription, on your own domain, with no agency needed. Can visitors download PDFs from the listing page?
Yes. Each listing page can offer the marketing document PDF, open to everyone or behind email, an e-signed NDA, or your approval.
Do I get a custom URL?
Yes. Every company gets a listing URL at crebuilder.com/listings/your-company, and you can also connect a web address you already own — such as listings.yourcompany.com — so your hub is served under your own brand instead.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on any paid plan at no extra cost. In Listing Hub settings, enter a web address you own, then add the two DNS records we generate — a CNAME that points it at us, and a TXT record that proves the domain is yours. Once those are live, your hub, your property pages, and your inquiry forms all run on your address, and we issue and automatically renew the SSL certificate. Your listings and analytics keep working exactly as before.
How long does connecting a domain take?
The DNS records usually take effect within a few minutes, though some providers take up to an hour. After that the SSL certificate is issued automatically — typically within a few minutes more. You can re-check the status any time from Listing Hub settings.
Are the listing pages mobile responsive?
Yes, all listing pages are fully responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
