CREBuilder LandSearch Syndication for CRE Listings

Land buyers don't browse office portals. They search land marketplaces. Now your CREBuilder sale and land lease listings can show up on LandSearch with one switch: no second listing to build and no LandSearch account to open.

The property you already built in CREBuilder (acreage, price, photos, parcel details and your contact info) goes out as-is. Change it in CREBuilder and LandSearch picks it up. Close it, and it comes down on its own.

One listing, more buyers

Listing distribution usually means duplicate work. You finish the property details, pricing and photography for one site, then type the same thing into the next one. Every price change or new photo becomes another place a listing can go stale.

CREBuilder keeps your listing as the single source. Publish the property to your Listing Hub, turn on Sync, and CREBuilder sends it out through an automated feed. Updates flow from the same listing. Turn Sync off and the listing comes down after LandSearch's next refresh.

Where the Sync switch sends your listing

One switch, and each marketplace gets the kind of listing its buyers want:

  • LandSearch: sale listings and land lease listings
  • CRE Traded: sale listings
  • FindSpaceNow: lease listings

There are no partner accounts to set up. When a listing is marked Sold or Leased, it drops off automatically, and it stays on your Listing Hub as part of your track record.

How to turn it on

  1. Build or update the property's marketing package in CREBuilder.
  2. Publish the property to your Listing Hub with its full address.
  3. Open Listing Hub > My Listings and turn on Sync.
  4. Keep the listing current in CREBuilder. The marketplaces follow.

Sync is opt-in for every listing. A draft, a confidential assignment or an off-market deal stays put until you decide to send it out.

Why LandSearch

LandSearch is built around land and lifestyle real estate, including agricultural, commercial, recreational and residential properties. Its land-specific search tools help buyers and lessees discover and evaluate listings across millions of acres nationwide.

"LandSearch works hard to bring together all land for sale and lease, commercial included. Partnering with CREBuilder means more brokers can automatically syndicate their listings to a broad, active audience at no cost," said Michael Leigeber, founder of LandSearch.

For you, that means a land-focused buyer audience without another account to maintain. For buyers on LandSearch, it means more broker-maintained commercial and land opportunities to find.
